We here at Gladys West were surprised when viewing the BBC News website the other day to see that none other than our Lionel Blair was involved in rescuing some poor chap from Blackpool pier.

 

We salute you and your heroic efforts Lionel!  Why aren't you in Peru?

It is with great surprise and some trepidation we announce that Gl. Pink is off on holiday to Asian climes again.  For those who are not sure what we mean, her last trip down that way can be summarised by Dave Save's moanometer (they went together).

Hello dear readers!

 

It's been a busy month here in Gladys West, topped off by a small Gladys reunion of Digger, Jaffa and MMF herself as Gladys Billie-Jean ended up back in Chicago.  (There has been another Gladys reunion too, but as long as they're in public hands must remain above the table!)

 

We also had the launch of the Gladys video - a summary of what we got ourselves up to in Chicago, which has been seen by most of the Glads now with them enjoying it.

There's lots of activity going on behind the scenes, and we are working hard towards organising ourselves now for 2007 - keen but required

 

So on that note, watch this Space!  More news to come soon!
